Hy Greenbaum has over 40 years of experience in performing modeling and
simulation, software development, testing, and analysis for a wide range of
Navy RDT&E programs under NUWC and NAVSEA sponsorship. This support includes
underwater acoustic analysis and modeling, atmospheric environmental and
acoustic modeling, development of signal processing, tracking, and Target
Motion Analysis (TMA) algorithms and software, and data analysis using a
variety of hardware, programming languages, and operating systems. In
particular, he participated in a Prometheus SBIR to develop a broadband
reverberation time series algorithm and model, and contributed to its
real-time implementation in the Weapons Analysis Facility (WAF) at NUWC.
